SEPARATE ACCOUNT FEE SCHEDULE
For charitable and certain tax-exempt accounts, we typically offer a discount from the standard fee structure as presented above.
The minimum account size is $500,000.
Our management fees are payable quarterly in arrears based on the assets under management computed on the market value of securities and cash (or equivalents) on the last day of the quarter. Accrued interest, accrued dividends and Corbyn managed mutual funds are excluded and will not be used in our calculations. Accounts initiated or terminated during a calendar quarter will be charged a prorated fee. You have the right to terminate your agreement without penalty within five business days after entering into the agreement.
On a limited basis, fees may be negotiated. To the extent that fees are negotiable, they will differ from client to client based upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the amount of the assets under management. We may charge clients receiving similar services different fees.
For charitable accounts, we offer a 20% discount. If you are referred to us by another investment adviser, we offer a reduced fee schedule. Also, we offer a family fee structure where assets under management of related accounts are aggregated for fee calculation purposes. The family fee structure does not apply to charitable accounts. For full information on our fee structure, please refer to our Form ADV.
